How POD Works
- Select "MoMo/ Payment on Delivery (POD)" during checkout.
- Make sure your phone number and delivery address are correct for contact and delivery.
- Maximum cash payment on delivery is GH₵500. For orders above this amount, payment must be made via Mobile Money upon delivery.
- At delivery, your delivery agent will provide the official Mobile Money number for payment.
- Once your payment is confirmed, the order will be handed over to you.
Important Safety Notes
- Please ensure your Mobile Money wallet is funded before the delivery arrives.
- Only pay the assigned delivery agent. Never transfer money to anyone else.
- No upfront payment is required when choosing this option.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday.
Standard delivery time is within 24 hours after the order is placed.
Orders placed on Fridays may be delivered on Saturday or on the next working day.
No order processing or deliveries take place on Sundays.
If items require additional processing time, customers will be notified.
